Overview
The health and wellbeing of our staff are fundamental to our ability to provide safe, compassionate and high-quality care. We recognise that working within healthcare can be both rewarding and demanding, and we are committed to understanding the experiences of our colleagues and ensuring that appropriate support is available when it is needed.
We would like to hear your views on the Staff Feel Good Service, particularly focussing on wellbeing inititives and how we can better communicate with staff about this work. Our aim is to foster a culture in which colleagues feel valued, supported and able to speak openly about their wellbeing, and where everyone has access to the resources and support they need to thrive at work.
