NHS West and North London ICB works with local people, communities and the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector to shape better health and care. We are in a strong position to build on the relationships already in place across west and north London, and to strengthen how we work together over time.
What we do
- Plan and fund health and care services for our communities
- Make sure money is used in the right places to help people stay healthy
- Check how well services are performing and support improvements
- Work with GPs, hospitals, mental health teams and community services
- Make sure care is safe, fair and high quality for everyone

Our impact
How our work impacts lives
Reducing health inequalities
Using local health data to identify where needs are greatest, target support earlier, and improve outcomes.
Bringing care closer to home
Organising joined-up services at neighbourhood level, making care more proactive, accessible, and easier to navigate.
Prevention through partnership
Working with local authorities, communities, patients, and partners to address wider determinants of health and shift towards earlier, preventative care.
